Can I send in a order I placed on TAG USA website to you?
Yes! You can mail in or drop off your TAG USA submission to us at 6760 Davand Dr #9Mississauga, ON L5T 2L9.
Will the new portal be designed specifically for Canadian collectors?
Yes. The goal is to create a smoother experience tailored for Canadian customers, making the submission process simpler and more accessible.
How does it take for me to recieve an invoice once my package is delivered?
You will be invoiced within 24 to 48 hours of us recieving your submission.
How long does it take for an order to appear on my TAG portal?
Once the payment is made for your TAG Canada submission. We will add your submission to your account within 7 days.
Will my cards be graded within Canada?
The grading process will start in Canada at our Mississauga facility but the orders are shipped to TAG Headquaters and back.
